Ecotherapy Workshop & Nature Walk at Stockton University
March 21 | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Free

Join Cole at Stockton University on March 21 for a special collaboration with S.A.V.E. (Stockton Action Volunteers for the Environment), featuring an introduction to Ecotherapy and nature-based practices.

From 1:30–2:30 PM, participants will explore how nature-based interventions can be integrated into self-care routines, community outreach efforts, and future career pathways.

Following the workshop, from 2:30–3:30 PM, attendees are invited to take part in a guided Ecotherapy Mindfulness Walk around the scenic Lake Fred.
