Rooted Resilience: A Holistic, Nature-Informed Wellbeing Experience

With Cole Hooley (Middle Path Wellness, Ecotherapy with Cole) Rooted Resilience is a 90-minute immersive workshop exploring the intersection of holistic mental health, nervous system science, and our connection to nature. In the dynamic energy of Beardfest, this session offers a chance to slow down and return to your body through grounding, body-based (bottom-up) practices. You’ll be guided through breathwork, gentle movement, and sensory awareness techniques rooted in ecotherapy and somatic psychology—all designed to help regulate your nervous system and support emotional balance. We’ll explore how time in nature supports stress recovery, fosters resilience, and deepens self-awareness, along with simple practices you can integrate into your everyday life. Whether you're moving through stress, seeking more balance, or simply curious about the healing power of the natural world, this workshop invites you to reconnect—with yourself, your body, and the rhythms that support your well-being.
