This 90-minute workshop explores how reconnecting with natural and seasonal rhythms can support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Guided by Cole Hooley, a mental health counselor, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner, this offering invites a return to the body’s innate patterns and the subtle ways nature supports restoration, clarity, and balance.
Participants will receive a guided E-Workbook and an invitation to join a 21-Day Spring Reset, with the option for weekly support.
