About Julie

Julie is a Level 2 Reiki practitioner, with the intention of offering Reiki to help connect to the universal network of energy, which unites us all.  As a passionate scientist and Reiki practitioner, Julie’s intention of offering Reiki is to illuminate the fact that down to our very core, we are all made of the same cosmic molecules.  In this sense, Julie intends to use Reiki to promote peace, harmony, and acceptance in society, because below all of our layers and beliefs, we are all the same.  Asides from Reiki, Julie’s other passions include yoga, sustainability, travelling, reading, and crafting.  Julie works full time as a high school earth science and physics teacher, and also has a BS and MS in environmental science and studies.  As an advocate of sustainability, Julie uses her science background to promote environmental awareness.  Julie is extremely grateful for the Glowing Heart Reiki School and it’s supportive community that offers endless love and light.
