Experience a 90-minute practice designed to guide the body and mind into deep relaxation—the state where natural healing begins. Through supported postures, mindful movement, and Reiki-infused rest, this offering invites the nervous system to settle and restore from within. You’ll explore the art of collective relaxation as ritual, moving through a gentle chakra-balancing sequence using restorative postures, intentional touch, and mantra.
This experience is suitable for all levels and designed to support stress relief, emotional harmony, and embodied presence. Props will be provided for comfort and support.
Cole Hooley (she/they) is a Reiki Master, E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, and mental health counselor (MSEd, University of Pennsylvania) with nearly 15 years of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness. Her teaching combines mindful movement, yin and restorative postures, and Reiki to support nervous system balance and embodied connection. Through Middle Path Wellness, Cole offers holistic psychotherapy, ecotherapy, and wellness programs in schools, community spaces, and private settings. Her approach is inclusive, trauma-informed, and rooted in nature’s capacity to restore balance.
